How to Shop

Click on the item that you wish to purchase from the Store page and it will take you to another page where you can then see a more detailed description of that item and its price. Choose the quantity and or size before clicking on "Add to Basket". This will take you to the shopping cart, where you can still change the items or the quantity of your order and then by clicking Recalculate, update your changes. You can then click on "Checkout" to finalize your purchase. If you are not ready to "Checkout" but wish to continue browsing the site or choose another item just click on "Continue Shopping". Plus at any point during your continued shopping you can click on the "Shopping Cart" icon at the bottom of the page to view the contents of your shopping cart or simply to get back to the Checkout.

This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure. Credit card processing is facilitated through The Bank of America.

Shipping Information

FITTREK offers U.S. Post Office Priority Mail service for all internet orders. Shipping charges are $4.50 base fee plus $2.75 for every lb. of the total order. We will ship "only" to the address on the credit card. We require this for your protection.

Deliveries

Most orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 7 business days.

Returns/Exchange Policy

We proudly provide the finest quality products to all of our customers; however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, and we will refund you (by your original form of payment) less shipping charges.
