Have fun, get fit and learn the latest exercise trend, NORDIC WALKING. Using
specially designed adjustable poles; We will do a timed trek for 90 minutes,
including hills, road and off road. This event will only be canceled in the
event of rain. Gear needed: Hiking shoes or Cross Trainers
Wicking work out clothing, (you will sweat)
